- We had great success with that and that is still our style of recruiting to attractELITE candidates.
- It doesn't matter if social media exists or not, recruiting talent can still be a challenge if the recruiter(s) internally or external agencies don't understand your business.
- It takes many years to hone in on this level of experience.
- We specialize in recruitment for the Semiconductor and High Tech industry.
- We DO NOT advertise clients' jobs ~ that is fishing besides it doesn't attract the TOP talent companies desire when building a team.
- We RECRUIT ~ cold call and network. Yes, it's old school, but it works!

- We work on a Contingency basis
- Recruiting is our bread and butter but we also provide other services ~ such as Introduction to VCs or Angel investors to Start ups for fund raising or established businesses.
